Dina brings a unique blend of systems thinking, deep technical expertise, and product leadership to AmplifyHer. With 7+ years at Google shaping global products like Gmail, Calendar, Ads, and Compute Engine, and an MIT CS + MBA background, she has guided SaaS companies through critical growth stages, untangling complexity with clarity and impact.
As founder of Chill Labs, Dina partners with high-growth organizations to build the systems and processes they need to scale intentionally, without losing customer focus or velocity. Her commitment to inclusive leadership and her track record of stabilizing and scaling product teams embody AmplifyHer's mission: empowering women to amplify their voices and lead with purpose.
Natalie Adams Barnes - Product & User Experience Leader
Natalie, with almost 2 decades in product leadership, has been instrumental in shaping, guiding, and mentoring diverse global product teams, in large organizations. Her profound expertise, coupled with her fervor for crafting products and experiences that acquire, engage, and retain audiences for globally acclaimed brands, aligns seamlessly with AmplifyHer's ethos.
As a board member, Natalie is poised to bolster the network's growth, inspire its members, and champion its vision. She truly epitomizes AmplifyHer's core mission: transforming leadership landscapes and elevating women.
Danii Oliver - Chief Product Officer
Danii Oliver, now a serial entrepreneur has been building businesses for over two decades. Transferring leadership skills from the TLC litigation system to haute couture fashion, tech product development, health and adult beverage manufacturing, luxury hospitality services and now to Multimedia Publishing for unschool & worldschool families. Danii is a impassioned pioneer who has been paving, designing, creating, and mentoring a more inclusive present.
As a board member, Danii Oliver works to grow the network's brand & influence. Danii is excited to mentor our members while celebrating our mission to amplify women in business.
